Homepage And Blog Page
Go to Customize > Homepage Settings to access the homepage settings.
You can choose what’s displayed on the homepage of your site. It can be posts in reverse chronological order (classic blog), or a fixed/static page.
Blog Page Settings
Go to Customize > Blog > Blog General to access blog page settings.
Posts per page
Go to Settings > Reading page and find Blog pages show at most option.
