All products directly purchased or downloaded from themespirit.com, unless otherwise stated, are released under the GNU Public License version 3.0 (or later).
All our products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the theme within the latest WordPress platform. We can not and do not guarantee compatibility with 3rd party plugins. If for some reason the theme is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Support is provided for any of our products purchased from here on themespirit.com or any other market platform that ThemeSpirit officially has rights to sell on. We will not be liable for the products downloaded from third-party websites that are not sanctioned to sell our products – these products are illegal in their nature.
Each theme purchase grants you one year access to ongoing theme updates and support. After that first year, to continue providing you with top notch support and updates that ensure your theme works with the latest version of WordPress, You will need to purchase a license renewal at 50% discount from the original purchase price. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

- Help with bugs and defects in the theme
- Theme updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities

- Issues related to hosting, server environment, or software
- Issues arising from the use of third party plugins not included in the theme
We respond to support requests from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Support requests are answered in order received, and we aim to respond to all questions as soon as possible within 24 hours.
4. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for digital product sales or subscription renewal fees on this website. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding a product, we will address the problem. Unfortunately, there is no effective way for us to both combat fraud and issue refunds. We will be happy to answer questions regarding our themes before your purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
Our products sold on external marketplaces (MOJO Marketplace & Creative Market) maybe handle product refunds differently. Please contact them with your query as we are not able to process refunds on either marketplace.

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available for most of our paid products. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms.

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
9. Breaches to these terms
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the service, prohibiting you from accessing the service, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the service, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the service and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
